Hi, I’m Theresa

I help ambitious women in leadership stop overthinking, trust themselves more, and lead in a way that feels clear, grounded, and sustainable.

you are carrying too much, thinking too much, absorbing too much, and still trying to lead from the version of you that got rewarded for doing everything well yourself.

I have been there myself. Building a Team from one day to another. Feeling like I have to know everything. But feeling deeply anxious about not being good enough as a leader.

Instead of enabling my Team I just took everything on my own shoulders. Until the weight got too heavy and I felt burned out. One Team Crisis Meeting later, my Team said something I’ll never forget: just let us be part of it, take some responsibility ourselves!

That’s when everything changed for me and I realized the only person holding my unrealistic expectations was myself. Since then, I help other incredible leaders enable their Team because they move much quicker, without the burnout and heaviness.
